Richard Burton Belzer will be speaking at the America First Energy Conference.
Dr. Richard Burton Belzer is currently an Associate Fellow at the R Street Institute and is the President of Regulatory Checkbook, a nonprofit that focuses on improving the quality of scientific and economic data used for regulatory purposes. From 1988 to 1998, Belzer served as an economist at the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. Belzer has also worked with the Competitive Enterprise Institute, writing The Report on Carcinogens: What Went Wrong and What Can Be Done to Fix It in January 2012.
Belzer has been published many times since the late 80’s, topics including regulatory risk assessment, ecological risk assessment, and environmental decision making.
